Both of you already “know every little thing about each other,” generally there defintely won’t be any one of that “beginning of an union” awkwardness. Now, I don’t know exactly why the two of you separated to begin with or the length of time you’re collectively, but if you don’t split for the reason that an irreparable issue (cheating, different existence objectives, etc.), then I say go for it. Ask him or her to coffee and simply tell him that which you explained. If the spark can there be, your union is an activity that should be revisited.
